Re: Western Conference Finals: #2 Oklahoma City Thunder (0) vs. #1 San Antonio Spurs (0)
Thunder in 6. Spurs probably have the better overall basketball team when it comes down to chemistry, but I just can't see Leonard, as good as he is on defense, checking Durant for that long. Parker vs. Westbrook should be an incredible matchup, though.

Well, the Spurs may very well not want anything to do with the torch, but it sure will be presented to them. Wether or not they let the torch be past by them is another issue altogether.

I'm going with the Spurs in 7 based of what they've done lately clearly playing the best basketball of any team at the close of the regular season and through the playoffs so far. That said, even though I hate both teams for obvious reasons, would love to see the Thunder beat the Spurs and advance to the finals.

Thunder in 6 without totally writing off the Spurs. If San An wins it went 7.

I thought there would be more OKC support - it makes me nervous when too many people agree w/ me. I think the Spurs might actually make short work of this, but I'm saying it takes them 6 games to be safe. They definitely can't expect to come back from 20+ like they did against the Clippers.

The Spurs are about to get a rude awakening. Sunday can't come fast enough. I have OKC winning the chip this year, and Kevin Durant winning the only MVP that has much merit left.

Of course it will be an awesome series, I do support Spurs but have such feeling that it would be tied at 3......then one guy come off the bench will power Spurs to past the Thunder. I hope it would be come true...

I really have no idea. I'm going to go with the Spurs closing it out on the road in OKC in 6. I just can't pick against them with how well they're playing.

Re: Western Conference Finals: #2 Oklahoma City Thunder (0) vs. #1 San Antonio Spurs (0)
Driving around all day today listening to sports radio , and one thing is clear, the San Antonio Spurs are heavy favorites by a landslide. Now that may not be true in regards to the general hoop fan, which is what Vegas usually goes with. However pretty much every astute sports radio host picked the Spurs to win in six or seven games. And pretty much each and everyone of them clearly said it's because of their depth, and experience. SO we shall see, But IMO Thunder win game one, and win the series in six. This series will be the passing of the torch of Western Conference Teams , Spurs passing down to the Thunder.
