Re: NBA Finals: #2 Miami Heat (0) vs. #2 Oklahoma City Thunder (0)
Oh I agree Sefolosha is very good defender, I just see it being a more of a size issue against Lebron. He and Kobe were pretty evenly sized in that matchup.

I'd rather have the Thunder smash him while he's at full strength.

As for Dallas, once again, great defensive team, but Lebron wasn't aggressive at all in that series, so most of it is just his own fault.

I think Lebron will be better in this series and have a much better fourth quarter showing when it matters, compared to the Dallas series, but I still do not think that will be enough for Miami to get over the hump and top OKC, even with Bosh playing well. I see Wade being their downfall. If he can play as good as he did towards the end of that Indiana series, then I think Miami will have a real shot, but I can't see it out of Wade this year. Way too inconsistent, and he has had more bad games then good lately. |

Re: NBA Finals: #2 Miami Heat (0) vs. #2 Oklahoma City Thunder (0)
I picked OKC to win at the start of the season, but then picked the Spurs to beat them last round.
Pretty sure that negates me saying I picked OKC to win it all this year, which sucks. Would have been nice to be right.

As much as I want Miami to win, I don't see any team beating the Thunder in a 7 game series.

I think you are wrong there and see that as another problem for the Heat. Thunder have a great Home Court advantage with their crowd, the Miami crowd is terrible and I don't see the Heat playing at home as any big advantage.

Lebron played a historic game in boston, which is up there with OKC crowd...like water being splashed on him..wade having a ball thrown at head from a fan etc. Homecourt won't be much of an issue for both team's. It comes down to who plays better.

Re: NBA Finals: #2 Miami Heat (0) vs. #2 Oklahoma City Thunder (0)
I have no idea. I mean, I don't think anyone actually knows, but I don't even know what to guess.
If the Heat win, I want it to be because Lebron is undeniably the best player on the court. I don't want any storylines about how he needed Wade and Bosh to carry him to a title. Lebron, best player on the planet, no more questions, no more ballyhoo. If the Thunder win, I want it to be because Westbrook does crazy Westbrook things and people stop complaining that he takes too many shots. I'd also be ok with a Thunder win because of a dominant Durant performance because that would at least make the Durant vs Lebron conversation more reasonable. |

Re: NBA Finals: #2 Miami Heat (0) vs. #2 Oklahoma City Thunder (0)
I think Miami showed they are pretty resilient this year by getting smacked in the face losing 3 straight, then turning around and winning the next two. I was not confident at all that we were gonna go back to Boston and win.

If Bosh is on the bench, which Thunder Bench can stop Bosh?
Can Ibaka stop LeBron? Can Perkins stop Haslem? Can Battier stop Harden? Can Cole stop Fisher?
