Would the Nets Make the Playoffs without Kidd?
I'm Building on a post from Excel(thank you). I think they would especially in the east. They would be 7 or 8 in my opinion.

I'd think they make it. Kmart and Jefferson are rocking, Deke manning the middle, in the east... You got guys like harris off the bench, definately

You're welcome..... I think even withou Kidd, they're a solid defensive team. Scoring would be the problem. It'd have to come from a combination of kittles/Jefferson/Martin. They also have a deep bench with Rogers, Luscious Harris and Aaron Williams. Still, they'd make the playoffs in the east but as a low seed.

Who is their point guard? Johnson? No they won't make it, their offense goes stale anytime Kidd is on the bench.

Hell no
Kidd does everything for that team and more.
Its like asking, would the Lakers make the playoffs without Kobe and SHAQ?
Kidd is as important to his team as Kobe and Shaq are inportsnt to the Lakers

Nope. They would be watching the playoffs on TNT if it wasnt for Kidd.

Jason Kidd: The Difference between the #1 seed and the #9 seed....
Yep, that about sums it up.

just stripping kidd from the team the nets wouldn't have a chance in this year's east. with marbury they would definitely make it- one of the top four seeds.

Kerry kittles...Richard Jefferson...Kenyon Martin...Mutombo...These guys are very good players and they can't be a 7 or 8 seed. I think they sure could be.
