Re: Nets biggest rivals?
I merged Anima's thread with a similiar thread I started awhile back with a poll. We didn't have as many members then, but the Knicks were slightly in the lead. I am interested to see how it turns out once the members who have joined since vote.

vince carter and the nets will start a new rivalry with the toronto raptors...a rivalry in which the nets crush the raptors every game they play...

I'm on to you, Petey! Sometimes you just say stuff to generate activity on the board!

Princess has never had much luck defending RJ.
And RJ has certainly held Princess in check.

Ah no...
Some of my posts in the Piston forum about Prince...

I think Prince is the MIP, but I can see why others think otherwise, he was pretty polish already. He had made alot of big plays people will always remember him for.

I'm just wondering what do you guys think he is worth, how much will he get? And what will the players around him think if he is paid more?
Honestly I like Prince... as a player. He plays with Hustle, and the Piston-Nets game, he was battling all the way to the end.
Hard not to like a player like that huh?

That's much less than what RJ is getting. If the Pistons lock him down to that type of deal, it's a steal.

I like him as a player and think he would fit in well with a guard combo of Kidd and Carter.

Prince is not the offensive focus. And yes he hasn't held him in check, but he did do well verus Miller he following Series.

Re: Nets biggest rivals?
I like Prince as a player as well. I think he's got a real nice all-around game, but I'd take RJ every day of the week, and twice on Sunday.

Re: Nets biggest rivals?
It SHOULD be Detroit, if it weren't for the rat and his boys from Goldman Sachs, but as it is, its the Knicks.

Re: Nets biggest rivals?
I knew you won't be. There are guys on the other teams that I do happen to think are good players...
