I wonder if RJ will play a bit due to the time off he had during the season to injury. He was planning to play last year.

I doubt it. Zoran should though.

No RJ.

Zoran should be in it. Off the current roster, that would be it. Even if Krstic were able, I would not want Krstic playing in summer league anymore. I think a summer of rest, weight training and individual work will be what the doctor ordered at least for the next 2-3 summers.

Hm, on one hand, I'd love for RJ and Krstic to play, to help acclimate our draft pick, and give him a sense of what it is like to play with the two of them.

On the other hand, why take away time from other players who may be fighting to get on the Nets' roster? Or at least to impress enough, so that the Nets may look to sign them when injuries strike?

Summer league are generally for 2nd-3rd year players or players fighting for a chance, not for proven vets. Even if either volunteers, I would really try to talk them out of it.

Krstic proved he is good and should not have to go there. Zoron and Smith should tho.

I would watch out for Smith next year tho..
