i also like his answer to the kenyon remark/question. he said he was upset and people knew but rod changed it around with vince and the way he said his answer gave me the feeling that this whole trade me vibe that you get sometimes is gone. now people will say well he is covering it up or of course he won't act like he wants to be traded on national tv, but he said it like he has moved on and realized what we have now and that if the right moves are made we can be better than the kenyon-era teams.
i like interviews like this with atheletes. we all hear them talk about basketball but its nice to get their views on other issues. i also wonder if this was one of the new promotion things to be seen more and hear more by the nets, especially while the nba playoffs are going its good to still be out there to people don't forget about what we can do next year.
thanks again for the link.

Notice how quickly Kidd moved on. A good lesson.

Why pay when someone will do it for free?

Wow, you nearly got me. All you needed to do was replace "looking for" with "responding to," and I would have been convinced.

Kidd uses the word "The big thing is..." almost as often as KMart says "You know what I am saying..."

And he didn't confirmed that it was intended for TJ, right?
Does anyone know if his FTA is any better/worse when he stopped doing it?

No problem. Just a public service to this Nets board.
And by the way, the name is YankeeNETicS (without the extra " s" in the middle).

If Kidd paid me a nickel everytime he said "you know" I would be richer than him. A lot of Nets do it actually. Must be a part of the team media training.
