OT: Girl scores 113 points in HS game

The previous record of 105 points was set by Cheryl Miller of Riverside Poly in 1982. Lisa Leslie also topped the century mark with 101 for Inglewood Morningside in 1990. Both schools are in Southern California.

what a ****ing joke. The team wins by over 100 points, and this girl plays the entire game. This is PRECISELY the "Kobe effect" that Vince was talking about. Some high school kid takes an egocentric approach to the game, teammates and sportsmanship be damned. Who's laughing now?

Every situatioin is different, obviously. If Petro's team won by 100 points--even 30 points--I'd feel the same way.

Drazen dropped 112, taking 60 shots, hitting 40 of them. His teammates scored 46 points. It's safe to say they won by more than 30 points. I can't find a site that says for sure. Perhaps you could have some luck? But I did find this...

It's a site that lists alot of the 100+ scorers in 1 game. Pro, high school and international.
The ones that mention the players and team score include:
Wilt (NBA), 100; 169-147 Win.
Frank Selvy (NCAA), 100; 149-95 Win.
Dajuan Wagner (High School), 100; 157-67 Win.
Danny Heater (High School), 135; 173-43 Win.
Lisa Leslie (High School), 101; 102-24 Win (other team forfeited at half).
Jeez, look at Lisa Leslie, 101 of 102 points, in a half... LOL
Anyway, for a team to give up 100+ or such an absurd number, they really have to stink, more often than not, it's a blow out. Look at Wilt's 100. 22 points not a blow out now?
