Re: So much hatred for the Nets and/or Nets fans
Right now, the Hornets scare me more then the Heat. We can sweep them easily.
No one can guard VC
White Chocolate is gonna turn black after Kidd is done with him
Shaq isn't dominant
There team has Antwoin Walker- Antwoin Walker and the playoffs = disaster
The WadeShaqEddie will shut up and we won't see him for another season

it isnt be more than I will get when it takes no more than 5 games to dispose of the nets come playoff time

Start saving up on those points cause I expect you to bet on your team come playoffs, and dont worry I might be donating some to you when you lose them all.

true. Thats actually a full 1 game more than I gave them before the season. Before the season I said they would be swept by either Indy/Det/Miami. With the Pacers trade I think Nets could beat them, and I gave them one game vs the Heat due to the Nets seemingly coming to play every time they face the heat. They would still be swept by the Pistons

Re: So much hatred for the Nets and/or Nets fans
on a different note. on page 4 of the heat/nets thread in the heat forum in the middle of a hate bash i asked a legit question about why shaq and zo didnt play together against us. what happened after i asked that question? nothing. no response 4 pages later, everyone only responded to the posts where they could hate back. i guess i was stupid for asking a reasonable question

to slow for rotation defense......slows down fast break.......zo cant hit midrange jumper, with which shaq we need
also minutes. We want to limit shaqs and zo's minutes. No reason to play them together until the games get important. In the playoffs I could see spot minutes for certain situation with them together

Re: So much hatred for the Nets and/or Nets fans
I've been through this before, with several of their posters and other posters on the site. BBB.net is a free public message board where all kinds of fans are welcome to post. There are no guidelines setup by Heat fans, or any type of fans. Personally I'm glad to be able to chat about the Nets and read a wide range of opinions.
I do find it ironic the posters discussed are the ones name calling, but Nets fans are immautre.
Just let it roll, and if you feel strongly enough about it, PM me and I'll foward the complaints to the approiate admins.

Re: So much hatred for the Nets and/or Nets fans
If Jason Kidd and the Nets roleplayers continue to make open jumpshots with consistancy, the Heat have absolutely no hope of defending this team. They flat-out cannot guard the pick-and-roll. And it's nothing they can improve on over the course of the rest of the season, it's just a personnel issue. Shaq and Zo are terrible pick-and-roll defenders. Adding to that, Vince has proven himself to be the biggest match-up problem for either team. The Heat just have no idea what to do with him.
As for Shaq... well, he's just not what he used to be. The only shots the guy can make are dunks and layups. He's not going to catch the ball in the post, and create a shot for himself anymore. He just can't do it. He dosen't have the quickness or elevation neccessary to get that line-drive hook off smoothly against a big, strong, physical defender like Collins. If the Heat beat the Nets in the playoffs, it'll be Wade, winning games virtually by himself.

Heat fans have their place in the world.
They will be here to share their insight on the Nets vs. Pistons Eastern Conference Finals.
