22. Kyle Lowry 23. Rajon Rondo
What if we were to draft both of these guys to come play for us. It would be like old Detroit where they would put Mike James and Lindsey Hunter on the floor at the same time. Nightmare for teams backcourt cause they would always turn over the ball. If we do do this we're pressed to find a big man in free agency and in the second round but it could be a good plan.

Re: 22. Kyle Lowry 23. Rajon Rondo
It's possible I suppose. Based on Thorn's strategy, if believes these two guards will turn out to be better NBA players, then let's say Hilton Armstrong and Josh Boone, then might actually do it. He sure would get criticized in the media though, and i'm not sure how that would make Rondo and Lowry think... kinda puts unecessary pressure on both, makes them question Nets management, etc.

Re: 22. Kyle Lowry 23. Rajon Rondo
it depends what bigs are still on the board. if all our big targets are gone then i wont mind it but we need bigs bad. thats putting a lot of pressure to get bigs in the FA market. we might rush and make a marc jackson deal

Re: 22. Kyle Lowry 23. Rajon Rondo
Taking two pass first PG makes little sense.
A combo guard like Douby or Diaz along with one of these guys is possible.

To put pressure on the opposing teams back court while Kidd is on the bench, getting rest. They could force alot of turnovers if they extended to full court. And maybe jump start our running game with those turnovers.

They'd have to decide on Planinic before they do anything like this.

Re: 22. Kyle Lowry 23. Rajon Rondo
it's cool, then we will have the Kidd's successors.
but we still need the bigs. i think it would happen when boone, or hilton are gone.

Re: 22. Kyle Lowry 23. Rajon Rondo
wouldnt do it. I think not taking a big in last years draft cost us, so we should not make the same mistake. I think one of the picks should go to a pg, but not both.
