Wright averaging 19 ppg
which after two days of preseason I think is the tops in the NBA.
Last year, in preseason, he scored 23 points in five games.
This year, in preseason, he has already scored 38 points in two games.
I think he will be fine. He will come off the bench Sunday in Toronto. A different challenge.

Last game he played better than the boxscore indicates.

Without question. He did alot of little stuff like knock the ball off of David Lee when he looked to have a dunk, played nice man on man D, was agressive in taking it to the hoop and had a number of misses were literally halfway though the cylinder before rattling out. He's stepped it up bigtime. Marcus really makes him comfortable out there. If he'd have put down that reverse alley oop from Marcus, which he almost did, it would have been over.

I agree. I didn't even notice how many shots he missed while watching the game. This tells me that a lot of those misses were acceptable, or were overshadowed by the little things he did out there.
It's obvious he's a better player, but the real question is can he produce in limited minutes behind VC/RJ?
Also, does anybody think he can crack the smallball lineup? Kidd, Marcus, Vince, House, Rj, Wright, Hassan, Nachbar?
He might be a solid contributer at SF in this situation. He looked GREAT running the floor last night, and his defense is definitely improved.

To me Rip & Reggie should be two players that he should watch tape off and pattern his game after (more so Rip then Reggie though)....Just because he's a good catch and shoot player that can score off the ball (constantly moving an getting points from the flow of the offense/game), and he knows how to use screens very well from his college days.....As far as a Nets player comparison? Kittles 2.0 would be nice, but less streaky.

looking at this line up right here gets me excited and smileing to myself....If everything pans out the future of the Nets is very promiseing.....You can enter RJ & Curly into the starting line up and put Adams, Wright, Boone or Mile on the bench and that's a 7 man rotation.....
