They still all have a starting center that is not perimeter oriented. Wallace, Ilgauskas, Curry, Haywood, Shaq, Brezec, Dampier, Ming, Kaman, Mouhammed, Nesterovic, Pryzbilla, Foster. None of those guys are perimeter oriented. A lot of times these teams turn to younger more athletic bigs (like Bargnani and May) or go small when the reserves come in and that's a bad matchup for Collins.
That's the great thing lately. Moore seems to be playing more PF with Collins going back to his natural center position.

Re: Here's to Lawrence Frank
The fact he starts just means we are weak at the position, he is the worst starting center in the nba. We need an upgrade, you can not play him unless his defense is saving you around 13-15 points per 40 mins at least.

I have no problem with him being in the game when those guys are in, but as soon as they go out, he should follow suit.

As long as he is used to his strengths and his role makes the team better (and easier for his teammates) on the defensive end then I'm happy.
If Collins was healthy for that Cleveland game we would probably be looking at a 6 game winnnig streak right now!

True that was one game he was needed.

He has lately. At least when they've had healthy depth.
