The Nets against the top 3 Teams in the East
We can all agree that the class of the East is Detroit, NJ, Cleveland and Chicago.
Nets against:
Cleveland - 1-1. Could have been 2-0 but a tough loss in Cleveland where the Cavs snuck out with a win.
Chicago - 2-0. IT's great to have a physcological advantage over a team. Winning on the road and home against this team in two tough wins.
Detroit - 0-2. The Nets faced Detroit early in the season in where we lost at home but we are a different team now from then and we did lose on a phantom non-call in Detroit.
Wizards - 1-0. That win on the road and without RJ.
I would include Miami but I'll wait until they get healthy and see what they can do. There are doubts they will even make the playoffs. I like the looks of our chances of coming out of the East.

I know miami is hurt right now but we are like 1-2 against them right? I think you should include them. Just my opinion.

If I were a Western Conference team, the only East team that would concern me is Miami.

Re: The Nets against the top 3 Teams in the East
i think wait another 2-3 weeks becase the nets are finally rising and have woken up... they will get the top 3 up for grabs... if the nets and thorn could persue ely or webber then that is our answer to sucess... for now this nets team is going together as 5 players with 1 heart in the court... i think the whole jkidd divorce wil help drive the heart, passion, and determination to the next level for the nets.... lets see...

Re: The Nets against the top 3 Teams in the East
Uhh, we dominated Miami in the regular season last year. And then they killed us in the playoffs. These matchup records means nothin'...

If so, then why does this forum throw such a hissyfit over a couple of losses?
