YES Network has struck a text-messaging sponsorship deal with the Greater New York Toyota Dealers Association for New Jersey Nets broadcasts, highlighting a fast-growing interest in mobile interactivity.

New York-area Toyota dealers will use the deal to connect with Nets fans.
The deal, pegged in the six-figure range financially and running through the duration of the Nets’ 2006-07 season, calls for YES viewers to be prompted to vote for the Toyota Player of the Game with their mobile device. Fans who cast votes will receive a return message that includes promotional material for the Toyota Tundra

I watch whenever I can.

I don't buy the PPVs, but I'll check out the matches on YouTube if I hear they were good.

I can watch Elite XC because it's on regular Showtime.

I used to have an ancient device that allowed me to watch PPV like 10 years ago and I got to see Ken Shamrock/Royce Gracie back when there were no rules.

That was awesome and boring at the same time, because the rules have changed to combat the effectiveness of good jujitsu. (Thank God.)
