Celtics NOT the worst team in the league
Hey guys, it was an ugly game, and you have a right to be pissed, but as much at Jason Kidd and Vince Carter than the coach.
But please stop saying Boston is the worst team in the league. We were 2-22 without Paul Pierce. I think you've seen twice this year that the Celtics aren't the worst team in the league when THE TRUTH is on the court.
They're not even the worst team in the East right now.

And how about all this CRAP that we always here on How Well frank prepares his team for their games. I guess he forgot that we were playing today..... All those days off and this is our reward ?????

Re: What a vomit inducing game
Frank comments:
Quote:
“I told everyone (to foul), plus they put more time on the clock. That gave us even another opportunity to foul. We lost distance with Rondo and that was obviously the guy to foul and we didn’t execute.”
Second, once the three-pointer was made, the Nets still had 4.1 on the clock. Frank was looking for a timeout, which would have advanced the ball to half-court and allowed the coach to set up a play.
“Of course you want a timeout,” said the coach. “But we inbounded the ball so quickly that when you try to call a timeout, the referees have to hear you. In terms of 4.1 seconds you want to advance the ball. For whatever reasons, unfortunately we didn’t do what we needed to do in order to win the game.”

But isn't it his fault if the players don't listen to him anymore?

The players would be stupid to not listen to him because Thorn isn't going to fire Frank with 21 games left. Moreover, the players are making themselves look bad by making stupid mistakes on the court.

Re: What a vomit inducing game
A great coach knows how to motivate his team. A great coach doesn't kiss the A$$ of his 2 superstars!

Re: What a vomit inducing game
Frank should make a new inspirational speech on how to foul and call timeouts.

Re: What a vomit inducing game
it gives Boston a much needed win, and one loss further away from Oden...
Made me wanna puke my guts out.
Celts not taken seriously. Either Nets were overconfident, or didn't wanna work for a win?
