They have lost games that they should have clearly won. This team is very inconsistent, BUT I dont place any unrealistic expectations on a team that has no post presence regardless if they have two of their best players healthy, perimeter players for that matter.

In this division, in this conference, w/ supposedly the best PG in the conference a guy who's supposedly the best or most talented SG in the conference this team should not be below .500. Something way beyond injuries is broken w/ this team.

You are right and I agree. They should be better than .500. There have been some very close calls this season for this team.

Re: This Team Isn't THIS Bad
Clearly everyone agrees that this team is underachieving but that wasn't the point. My point is that this team when healthy is better than just average. The East isn't going to become some powerhouse over the off-season, who knows, it may even become worse so I'm just saying I think it would be better to try to keep the core guys (Kidd, Carter, Jefferson, and Kristic) together.

Charlies, one thing that i really can't agree with you is that you think trading kidd and let Marcus Williams be the first point guard on this team.
that would break this team.

When the close calls consistently go the wrong way, the problem is w/ your team, not luck or something along those lines.

I think it would depend on who you get in return, if you get a KG for Kidd, keeping VC, you change the dynamics of the team, the team will revolve around KG, so there isn't as much pressure on Williams to produce.
