Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
Kidd had a great season according to most people. But according to 82games.com he had a decent season. According to 82games.com Carter had a better season than even Gilbert and Chauncey Billups.

Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
jason kidd plays 80 games and gets his team to the playoffs....
meanwhile, dwyane wade plays 51 games and his team plays better without him...
yet, dwyane wade gets 3rd team all-nba.
what's that i smell? BULL ****
i hope dwyane wade's enjoying this extended vacation...*****

Does anyone actually know?
They tied in points and LeBron got a lot more first team votes.
Amare on the first team over LeBron is a joke.

Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
Vince Carter should have been in there before Kidd imo.
There's absolutely no reason for Wade to be on that list at all... These recognition awards have lost all substance.

Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
Nor suprised.. Wade before the injury had a PER of 28 or something crazy like that and he did come back at the end for a few games.. You knew he was going to make it.. Gilbert was going to make it because of his scoring.. Same as AI did in years past.. The only problem I had was with Chuancey Billups there..

Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
Don't need to care the Damn NBA awards.
They are all bull****s.
All the NBA are against and rebel the Nets.
the one and the only one award that Nets need to get is Champions.

Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
No player who only managed 51 games should be considered for the All-NBA team. Yao managing only 48 is problematic as well, but at least there the depth at elite Center is limited, so an argument could be made, conceivably. Kidd should have been ahead of Wade.

Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
bottom line is, theres no sense in complaining, everyone will forget about the all-nba team in a couple days. an who cares about the 3rd team, its really about 1 and 2.

Re: Carter, Kidd shut out of All-NBA teams.
Wrong. IF Tmac can make it to the 2nd team with his stats, then why couldn't Vince make the 3rd team last season with similar numbers that tmac has this year? The answer is simple. The NBA doesn't like Vince or his teams. Last three seasons 0 nets made the all nba teams. Vince's numbers in those three seasons 25 ppg 6 rpg 4.5 apg and his winning percentage is 55%. Kidd has been steady the last three seasons and hes only made the allstar game once in the last three seasons. Complete BS.
