Check both of their shooting percentages, career vs. this season, for starters. Both credit the Nets' coaching staff with their improvement.

Out of that whole paragraph that's all you quoted? They're more consistent because of having regular PT and Jason Kidd but they're not playing any differently. I'll give it to the coaching staff that they insert them into the game if that's what you're looking for.

i am not saying frank is a bad coach. in fact, he is terrific coach who is paid cheap. i'm just saying developing youngsters is not his strong point. the only coach i would want over frank is eddie jordan.

Boki just makes alot of stupid mistakes. I believe he tries too hard sometimes and forgets his fundamentals. He gets impatient and looks awful. He has to know what kind of game he can play to be effective. Sometimes he'll force the drive and he's not much of a ballhander, or try to getby multiple defenders, ending up in a dumb decision. But when he simplifies things, he can be EXTREMELY important on the offensive end...shooting the open J (not when you got a hand in your face), moving without the ball to where he could get an easy shot, and instead of driving blindly into the paint - if there is a help defender waiting for you - shoot a simple pull up jumper.

I've been seeing this since the start of the season. Not saying he sucks, just saying he can be so much more consistent and reliable..

This is the life off a bench player you make mistake and you're at risk of playing less minutes or losing your spot in the rotation,he's just mad at himself,he will be allright

Having a coaching staff that will play you will of course get a glowing review from players that have been waiting for an opportunity to show what they had to offer. Really what has the coaching staff done to expand thier games? The truth of the matter is the system Frank runs always needed a shooter and a guy who's willing to work on the boards and finish around the rim and whoa and behold we plug those piece in and they end up working. Mikki and Boki aren't outstanding players but they are quite good at what they do and combining that with 2 all stars and a damn fine 3rd wheel in RJ yer gonna have success. Thing is we still have to play the crap out of our stars to win ballgames because the coaching staff haven't developed anything, the only rookie we see is Boone and he isn't doing anything he didn't do in college. He has one bad game and it's right back to Cliff who has only had a handful of decent games all season. It's been a rough season without question that's why i'm not being overreactionary and screaming for Frank's job but it doesn't mean I am gonna overlook the stuff they didn't do either.

Boki is hurting the team right now. Lack of confidence is showing, not just in the jumper. seems to loose the ball when he drives, not smart on d. just lucky that he got those calls and went to the line.

Boki can not be counted on in the fourth quarter. He can't hit clutch shots when he's under pressure. He was huge for us in the regular season, but in the playoffs, it looks like he doesn't belong on the court. His confidence can not be shattered at this critical time. He just can't be counted on, and I don't want him on the NETS team, where he's useless on the offensive and defensive end. He's worthless.
