i think those who proclaimed him to be the king are realizing that it takes more than the hype to be the ruler of the basketball kingdom.

BIRTHRIGHT? GENETIC LOTTERY? WISEMEN?
NO BUT SERIOUSLY, HE WON THE MCDONALDS SLAM DUNK CONTEST, SO HE REALLY SHOULD BE CALLED "GOLDEN"BOY, NOT KING.
KING JAMES? LEBRON NEEDS TO SORT OUT HIS BRANDING CONCEPTS.

That is ridiculous.
Boris Diaw played center and there isn't one thing he does that LeBron doesn't do better.
He can take any PF off the dribble and can physically compete at that position. I believe when he gets older, this will be his position.
As for PG, you either have to be kidding or completely unfamiliar with his game.

Whenever there's a tall strong guy who passes the ball well, people want to make the claim that he can play all five positions. It's bull****.

Seven TOs per game? Based on what?
In a real offensive system with other players capable of generating offense, he would be an unstoppable PG.
In fact, having the ball in his hands all the time would be just what an opponent doesn't want, not a ''waste of his talent''. Jordan was a point guard. Was that a waste of his talent?
Making statements about LeBron's limitations based on his performance in Mike Brown's offense with Larry Hughes as the second option is difficult to do.
This guy is a devastating offensive weapon, and he is still a child.

Lebron does run our offense now. Or rather, our "offense".

I don't get it.
You call yourself "VinceCarterRules" so obviously your a Vince fan, yet your trying to smack another player by saying he is just another version of Vince.
Some Vince fans never cease to amaze me.

I wouldn't call it an offense, but it certainly is offensive

Not entirely his fault.
Dave D had some interesting things to say about how the Cavs organization treats LeBron.
Quote:
After Game 1, some writers were trying to get from their perch near the roof to the interview room, but were stopped by security.
"Can't go through," the brown-shirt (just a coincidence) says to them.
"Whazzit? Why?"
"Because LeBron's in the corridor, and nobody walks through when LeBron's in the corridor."
We'd make up a joke here, but being part of the unwashed masses, it would just sound petty.
# That struck us as a bit odd, but upon further investigation, it vividly illustrates what Cleveland is all about: We're told that every day, everyone in the Cavs organization - from ownership on down - paces the floor out of abject fear that the kid is going to leave them four years hence.
So they oblige him, coddle him, patronize him, and fear him like he's that kid from the Twilight Zone movie who traps all those adults in that room and makes them watch cartoons and eat cheeseburgers for months.
"But when you're that good," protests a 19-year-old sitting across the room from us right now, "it kind of goes with the territory."
Hmm. The rare valid point. But when you have the entire organization falling all over itself to ensure that he and his agents and entourage and security staff and chauffeur and personal trainers and spiritual advisers are treated like they own the joint. . . .uh, we're not so sure you can win that way. Even if you have the commissioner stopping by once in a while to justify all of it with a gushing, "Cleveland is back!" He probably hasn't strolled down Euclid Ave lately.
Anyway, as soon as this kid (stated ambition: "to be a global icon") decides that he isn't being treated like a Head of State, that's when the coach's authority and team solidarity become compromised.
Say this much about Vince: All he ever asked for from Toronto management was a parking spot for his mom.

He does take himself way too seriously. He has risen up my chart of players I hate. I think he's starting to believe there is 4 of him.
His constant whining and ranting after every non-call on every shot attempt is ridiculous. The dude needs to be T'd up. Crying about the Nets putting a hit out on Pavlovic was the last straw. Stop your *****ing.
