I wouldn't say I'm a fan, because I really don't like him and I don't root for his team.
What I am is an admirer of his game.
Sometimes people overreact to hype and look for things to criticize, but I just see an extraordinary player.
i agree that he does have amazing game but i dislike him for what little i know of his personality through the media. i feel stat wise he has lived up to the hype but the slew of questionable quotes and the way he perceives himself just doesn't really give me any reason to like him or root for him to win. i feel he takes himself too seriously and is very immature. some would say he's only 22 but there are more mature 22 year olds out in the real world than Lebron James in my opinion.
Yes, I did learn a lesson. If someone plays lackadaisacally, compare him to Vince, because that's what Vince fans do.
Am I annoying, or am I only annoying half the time. Must only be half the time, for you to comment on me.
Come on JN, when are you ever going to stop with the baiting. You dont have to be a Vince fan to realize there are similiarities in their careers so far. It seems you are just always looking to stir something up.
Did you read the Dave D article about the Cavs coddling their superstar? Does that sound familiar? Heck you have used that arguement before.
How about the fact that both Vince and Bron are both constantly being questioned by the media on settling instead of putting their athleticism to good use?
so what ...? it's my opinion....you must be a Vince Hater....bitter that you're a Raptors fan and just can't let go that Vince is at least still in the second round and the Raptors are on vacation....no CLOSURE huh...? that must suck...you have to go to a Nets forum since nothing must be going on in the Raptors forum....
SOME RAPTORS FANS NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME.
Boris Diaw played center and there isn't one thing he does that LeBron doesn't do better.
He plays forward. The Nets could put out a lineup of Kidd, House, Wright, Carter, and Jefferson. Does that mean Jefferson is capable of playing center? In today's NBA, teams utilize lineups that don't fall into the traditional PG-SG-SF-PF-C template. This myth of "5 position guys" is perpetuated by fans forcing these new lineups into the old template.
BTW Diaw is a far better defender than LeBron.
Quote:
He can take any PF off the dribble and can physically compete at that position. I believe when he gets older, this will be his position.
Again, you're forcing an untraditional lineup into the traditional template. A team may play LeBron with three other smalls (although this will never happen consistently), but he will never play the power forward position.

As for PG, you either have to be kidding or completely unfamiliar with his game.
No offense, but you sound like someone whose never played basketball. According to people like you, any SG who can pass and handle can play PG. It just does not work out that way. LeBron does not have the mentality of a point guard. This isn't something you can change.
Again, maybe you're talking about a combo gaurd, which many NBA systems utilize. But what I'm talking about are the traditional definitions of these positions.
