Kidd is still the heart and soul of the team.

Next year they'll have Nenad back that'll help a lot.

I doubt it. He'd be a great backup. Could split the regular season time with Kidd leaving him fresh for the playoffs.
He's not as young as he used to be.

Point guards take a bit of time to develop. Marcus Williams is 21. The Nets are not going to give up on him. It would have been nice to have Jacque Vaughn or even Zoran this season, but both wanted out.

He played 2 minutes today bc he's to lackidasical one of the commentators said.
I don't trust he'll use his lack of PT as motivation to work on his game his future with this team is cloudy.
They need a 3rd point guard.
