I say we bring back the KG trade talk....
Trade VC + some other people for KG. I'm telling you... if we have KG and maybe sign another shooter during the off-season, we can win a championship.

Hard to judge Wallace, at least for me.
As a young kid the Kings gave up on him and threw him into the expansion draft. Have to wonder why that happened considering how much talent he has.
Now he is putting up nice lines on the 'Cats but he has had a lot of freedom on that team. I don't know how he would fare in a more competitive, structured environment.
I personally think he is a great role player but when Charlotte gives him 9 or 10 for five years, or whatever the sign him for, I think they might start regretting it before the ink dries.
Hopefully he is over his prolonged injury bug.

I don't think Oden or Durant is going to replace KG in Minny, they will be a nice tandem along with Foye and McCants. If they win the lotto, less chance of KG getting moved.
Wallace would be a nice replacement for VC in a sign and trade if VC agrees. To add a little more spice to our run game and defense how about adding Pietrus for the full MLE at 4-5 years, using RJ as possible bait or go into the season with 3 wing players as starters alongside Kidd and Krstic?

vince is clearly better than gerald on offense, better handle, passing, better at making plays, better at shooting than gerald. and contrary to popular belief, he does attack the basket and get to the line frequently.
although gerald is a great talent, i'm not sold on him. he is a lil too injury prone. this season, he played 72 games, which is pretty good. but last season only 55?
might as well go to the draft, and hope for rush to drop...

dude, kg makes 20mil/year! we will have to either trade vince and our entire roster or vince AND rj for KG!

The way i see it, Carter was also "infected" w/ the injury bug before he got to the nets! I think that the team defense would also benefit from G.Wallace. Also Wallace is a player that L would love to coach, a hard working, attacking, defender! Who know's his role as the 3rd or 4th best player on the nets roster! AND don't forget the jason kidd affect!

where's your proof? Just because Krstic elbowed wallace once, and RJ talked about it after that one game dosn't mean that they won't like having him on their team
