Last I heard he wants to be payed a lot more money he should get from us. Saying that "anything in the teens is not good enough" or something like that.

In any case, if we dont resign, it makes getting another draft pick that much more important imo.

I personally feel that he's being a bit tounge-in-cheek, but also, he'll take any fair offer we give him IMO.
He probably wants a 5-year retirement deal, so yeah 20 million is what he's hoping for. I just bet that he wants to retire as a Net. What's it worth to you? 12 million 4 year with a team option 5th?

yup...like most solid players in the FA market, their preferred starting point is the MLE so probably $20M/4 is what he has in mind...

but from what we've seen and heard from mikki it looks like he's a type of guy who wanst to play and contribute where he is needed so i think he'll be a net after all is said and done...
