The only problem with that is Frank's love for him would probably make him the backup instead of the guy behind Marcus. Vaughn is a safe player and coaches love him but when we're trying to get our coach to actually play and gain confidence in our young pg who's going to make mistakes Jacques is the worst thing you could possibly have on the bench as far as player growth is concerned. Frank can't have that safety net on this team or we'll never see Marcus become a contributing part of our rotation.

I'm glad he got a ring being a blue collar guy, but he was more of a lesser of two evils between him and Udrih and was far from a key contributor on that squad. Pop couldn't play Parker the entire game but you could sure bet if he could he would have.
