I would expect that GS would be using part of that TE on Simmons or Gadzuric

I've heard that rumor, but don't see enough assets on their side to pull it off.

Warriors can actually take back 30 million in salary, giving the T-Wolves the 10 million JRich exception.
Harrington (8 million), Foyle(8 million), Ellis(.6), O'Bryant (2), future #1, Brandan Wright for KG
2nd trade
GSW trade exception 10 million for Jaric or Hudson and Hassell.

Including Foyle in the trade is awful. He is an anti-asset.
Essentially that trade is Ellis, BWright and a blah future 1st for KG. They get no cap relief as Harrington and Foyle are both longer contracts than KG. Just a horrible deal for the Timberwolves

......haaha, anti asset, yea looks pretty bad with those contracts. Again probably a third team is needed to take on Foyle or Harrington and who in their right mind would take Foyle.

oh, i agree with you that players should play for the team that drafted them. i was just pointing out that your analogy to racism was inapt. here yi seems to occupy some sort of nebulous territory between, say, your example above and that of a college student trying to decide where to take a semester abroad, but i hope he goes to milwaukee and ends up loving it.

i don't have your insight. I'm only looking at this from a personal view while your looking at the bigger picture. I'm saying it's not fair but as you said not only with this but with the nets this is business.
The NBA is in the business of making money and as you and others have said he will not be making as much money as he would some where else.
I live in Houston and when Yao first hit here the ticket sales rose among the Asian communities. People who never watch a basketball game before were all of sudden purchasing Jerseys and tickets.
So the NBA basically found a new market. I went to Laredo Texas for my job and I saw nothing but Spurs Jerseys. Not of Tim Duncan though of Manu. He is all over billboards for Timer Warner Cable and Mc Donald's
So I see the point but as I said I'm looking at the smaller picture though not fair but things are not always how they look.
EDIT: netincome do you know where Slay is at right now?

So if people getting paid millions are not too concern about the Net competing for a ring. Why should I be? I'm going to be a fan watch games and cheer. but I'm not going to kill myself over what the Nets are and are not doing
