Actually that's a pretty decent trade. Only problem is that Memphis has Gay, they will not want RJ :/

Their starting backcourt would be Thabo and Duhon after this trade. They're better off standing pat.

I don't think the Grizzlies would for that trade. They have a pretty good team. Last year they ran into some injury trouble with Gasol, but they should be a legit threat to make the playoffs. If Navarro is the real deal, aka Spanish Manu, the Grizz will have themselves a very, very, young and very very talented team. Gasol isn't going anywhere and I don't think he wants to be traded. Unless Amare, Howard, Dirk, Duncan, KG, Lebron, Wade, Kobe, etc are coming in a deal for Gasol the Grizz are keeping him.

no way the bulls trade their 2 starting gaurds, pacers get 2 much in return for JO, Grizzlies dont get enough back
