That's not enough for JON. Have to add draft picks and a piece of the Brooklyn Project

Re: Roster situation
I think if they really like any of those players unguaranteed players they will go hardcore to get BRob or Illic off the roster....probably a buyout at worst....a trade with cash at best.

Re: Roster situation
If we get rid of Ilic and BRob, and we sign Houston, Malik Allen, Jumaine Jones, and Robert Hite, about how much over the luxury tax would we be?
I would love us to end up with:
Jason Kidd / Marcus Williams / Robert Hite
Vince Carter / Antoine Wright / Allan Houston
Richard Jefferson / Bostjan Nachbar / Jumaine Jones
Jamal Magloire / Jason Collins / Sean Williams
Nenad Kristic / Josh Boone / Malik Allen

Re: Roster situation
I was reading romours on espn.com abt Marion-AK47 talk. If Marion is in the market why don't we join the market? I dont know who initiates the trade, but if i'm a Jazz fan, i'll be excited.
This JON saga have been long and winding, i guess it would be wise to talk and see what option we have.

I don't see who we trade to make it work, RJ's contract is worth too much, PHX has to kick in another 10Million in contracts to make it work

Re: Roster situation
I'm sure we can work something out if both teams keen to execute. Its just a matter of whether we have pieces that phoenix wants.
I'm curious if we have this Kidd-Marion/RJ-Carter linup at the end of season, would JON opt-out to Jersey? At that time, shouldn't that be a good time to chat about Kidd's extenssion? longer-lighter kinda contract to allocate space for Kristic, Nachbar and/or others?
I let Rod deal with the calculator, i just want to raise the excitement to the fans
