Boone has to be one the softest big men in the league.. He's just getting pushed around and sealed off for rebounds.. It's sad really, because the Nets drafted the guy to be a rebounder..

So Frank has gradually pushed Sean back to the limited minutes. I just dont get the man. Boone has been playing like crap, and then bam he starts playing him big minutes. Why not reward a guy that is actually contributing with more minutes?

We won, but made it harder than it should of been again. When will Frank learn that we don't need to play small ball? Boone was boxing out, it's just that he's the only one down there trying to go for rebounds. He gets out jumped by opposing bigmen but he stays in front of his defender. If he's paired with Sean, I can see them making a force down low. He missed a lob, but he makes really good cuts and we're going to need that to create more shots down low. I believe it'll start to click more with more time and he'll be the same reliable Boone from last year.

Sean really needs to play. He did a good job out rebounding the other bigs and challenging drives to the hole. If he's in, we can also play tighter on the perimeter and Sean can challenge their attempts if we get beat off the dribble. Poor move on Frank for not realizing/using this kid's potential.

Malik also showed that he can contribute. Nets were really moving the ball around in the 1st half. Kidd and Carter found Malik open shots. I like him because he's not too aggressive and he doesn't force his shot. It flowed very well within the offesne. I hope Frank can learn from this and give opponents different looks with him on the court...I HOPE.
