Richard Jefferson need to spend the offseason trying to develop lowpost moves.

I more expect Josh to work on it, but I am less confident that RJ would be willing to work on it, as he has the nice contract already.

Not many wing players have moves in the post. Even when a guy like VC is posted up he doesnt have go to moves he uses.

These are professional basketball players. You would hope they would want to develop a more effective game.

RJ just needs to learn little footwork to develop a fallaway jumper and hookshot that can be effective in the post.

Right now, when RJ stops dribbling on a drive, he has no choice but to look for someone outside to pass it to. Learning an inside move or two would benefit RJ's and the Nets' game.

RJ needs to learn how to dribble. For a SF his dribbling skills are just terrible. I still love him though.

Not just Josh Boone and RJ, but VC needs to be the player he and his fans claim he is. He needs to start stepping the **** up. When we need a basket he consisantly chokes. Im tired of him right now. As mush as I love Kidd im tired of his dumb turnovers and lack of shooting. Im tired of guys like Wright, Marcus, Nachbar, Collins not playing well. Im tired of Jefferson overall lack of game right now. The only bright spots for me are Boone and Sean. We are asking them to do more than they are capable of doing. Our last hope is Krstic's return from injury. If he comes back and we continue to play the way we are playing then, I wouldn't mind blowing it up and rebuilding. Only keeping Boone, Sean and Krstic.
