Re: Knicks Offered Randolph for Carter
Well they complain that Vince's contract is a killer so why are so many adamant about trading him when someone is willing to take him off the Nets hands.

Randolph's contract is just as bad, and he's a cancer. Vince is just a....nothing.

Re: Knicks Offered Randolph for Carter
People have been saying Carter is not dunking anymore, well about a week ago Randolph has his first dunk of the season. He is not a low post scorer.
Carter is still by far our best offensive player, between getting his own shot and shots for his teamates.
The Knicks got Randolph for garbage so why would we give a perrenial All-Star for him.

Wow!!! You equate dunking with low post scoring? Do you know anything about this game?
I don't want Randolph, but he's one of the best lowpost scorers in the league.

... i understand your first line's reasoning but sadly, Randolph isn't a low post scorer. He does have a move or two but mainly his points come off perimeter like 18 ft out. He's a good scorer because he's more agile than most PF(agile, not fast). He will do like spin moves from a bit out, drive in or shoot a jumper and things like that. Not really someone you would call a great low post player.

Sorry, but Zach is a lwopost scorer, and a good one. That's the reason Curry & Zach can't co-exist.

have you even seen him play? or are you just basing this off your own opinion? he's not a back to the basket player. Most of his moves comes from facing the basket.

Yes, I've watched him play. And he can score in the lowpost. Did I say he was a back to the basket player?

Re: Knicks Offered Randolph for Carter
I saw what he did against portland, this guy can definitely score and board. The upside is that he is younger than vince. contract and defense wise, he's prety much the same with VC. I'd say give it a go. Although I'd prefer Curry and Fred Jones expiring contract better from knicks.
