Flip Murray?
He just got cut by the pistons. Any chance we sign him. He can a extra scorer off the bench.

Re: Flip Murray?
A cheap shooter? Could be worth a shot.
But Mavs need another scorer also

Re: Flip Murray?
The Mavs need a big body after losing Diop. I think they'd be more keen on picking up Magloire over Flip (ironically).

Re: Flip Murray?
I don't think the Nets will pick up anyone until after Van Horn "earns" his millions practicing for 30 days.

Re: Flip Murray?
Flip would probably sign with the Spurs if they don't get Brent Barry back.

The only problem is that he doesn't fit that description. He is way too inconsistant.

Re: Flip Murray?
Flip plays fine defense. His problem is trying to take the game into his own hands. He has handles, but he is not a point-guard. He's best working off someone else. His game is basically taking his man one-on-one. Nothing but a true professional, but he wont fit everywhere.
