I just can't stand the self-appointed thought police, and the way the moderator over there let's them do whatever they want and berate everyone who doesn't stick to a strict pro-Nets line at all times, and delete the posts of people who stand up to them. Wtf is up w/ that?

That's why I don't go there anymore. The thought police and their retarded insults and bashing is ridiculous. All it took was one time for me and it was 'see ya!' No time for that.
I've gotten use to this forum now. Little leary about the layout at first, but I like it now.

Although it has been getting worse. Did you guys see Nets1524512 criticize me personally just because I have a different opinion on KMart?
"Every team thats ever won an NBA championship has done it without Kenyon Martin. Kmart is a good defender but hes not bill russell. Denver will end up eventually trading Kmart, his bad knees and horrible contract somewhere else.

Now, is there any need to criticize me personally? I share the fact that I am in a band because I thought that this was a community of friendly people with the same ultimate goal: to see the Nets win. Just because I have a differing opinion, he needs to call me out personally? That is just plain immature.
I hope this board does not go the way of NJ.com. Big ups to Schub, Petey, and the rest of the crew for keeping things civil over here.

Nets1524512 has toned down his behavior considerably from the way he acts over there, but yes, that comment was out of line. He's a passionate fan. Hopefully, you guys can meet on Sunday and he'll learn that Nets fans that still like Kenyon Martin are actually good people.
