Hello.

I don't quite understand how the start of the season works. What are the teams doing in Europe right now? I know they are playing games, but is is some kind of competition, or is it just training matches? And; I've seen that some of the teams have started playing the regular season, for instance Raptors. But when does it all start? I mean the regular season for all the teams.

Whats going on now are all the preseason games. Just warm up/practice games...get everyone back used to playing, letting the rookies get some time, see who is going to make the team and who is going to be cut, etc. etc. A lot of the games are NBA teams vs. NBA teams, but some are against various teams from Europe...but regardless, they are all just the preseason games.

The actual season starts the end of October/the start of November, depending on the teams schedule.
