"I'm on cloud nine, still," Scott said. "I'm still thinking about last night. It was special being able to be in a room with those 11 guys. We were able to reminisce about practice, the games, how we used to talk on the bus. It was an unforgettable night.
"Now that I get a chance to look back on that team, and look at teams today -- and how basketball has evolved -- it makes me even more sure how great that team was."
Scott was able to check in with Pat Riley, the coach of the team nicknamed "Showtime," from whom Scott still seeks advice two decades later.
