Can you please give me a scouting report on Magloire?
Is he a good defender? rebounder? can he post-up? can he hit mid-range shots? can he finish strong? is he tough and strong? is he a good passer? can he run the floor and finish the break?
Thanks in advance.

"I'm going to be one of the best. Nobody's stronger than me. Nobody can really stop me at my position. I can play point guard through (power forward) effectively. And I can shoot the ball and play defense. I have one of the most complete games in the league." -- Ron Artest, the man, the legend.

"They better not put me in the All-Star Game. I won't shoot, but I'll dominate that easy game. I'll be playing hard defense. I'll be foulin'. I'll be flagrant fouling. Everyone will be like, 'What are you doing?'" -- Ron Artest.

Good defender? - Well, from what I've seen, not bad, but not great either. Doesn't block that many shots, but he's got size and strength that makes it hard for the opposing player to gain ground on him in the post.
Good Rebounder? - Yes, a good offensive rebounder and good defensive rebounder. Should get you double digits in that department
Can he post up? - Yes, but he's not a go-to guy on the block.
Can he hit the mid range shot? - Hornets fans can speak of this better, but I haven't seen him knock down mid range jumpers.
Can he finish strong? - Really don't know. Looking at his stats, he gets to the line quite a bit, so that leans towards a yes.
Tough and strong? - Most definitley.
Good passer? - Not bad.
Run the floor and finish on the break? - Another one I really can't speak on.

Thanks.
Are there any Hornets fans that can complete the answers?

Good defender? He is stong so you can't move him easily, he has long arms but doesn't block great. Overall he is a good defender, he is not a liability but he will never be on a all-defensive team that's for sure.
Good Rebounder? Yes that the one area were he is good. Double-digit good.
Can he post up? Yes and no, as Koko said he has no go-to move unless that ugly so-called hook shoot which he does all the time. You pretty much have to set up his shoots because he can't create them efficiently.
Can he hit the mid range shot? Since he didn't play much last season, i don't really know, i will say that the year before last season he had nicely improved in that area but he is no Brad Miller.
Can he finish strong? Yes he can, he is clearly not a finesse player, so every thing he does is pretty much bully.
Tough and strong? Yep, he is no Shaq though.
Good passer? Not at all. He is a black hole when he is back-to-the basket. His hands are made of stone and he has a low basket IQ IMO.
Run the floor and finish on the break? He is very slow and can't jump at all but he can finish strong with his one handed dunked.
If you're looking for a player who can fit NJ's offense system you should pass. The guy is too slow and not a good enough passer to play in the Princeton offense. The Hornets want to run nearly the same system and they are reportly shopping him around the league. To tell the truth i could definitely see him traded at the deadline.

Not true. I don't know where people get this notion. He was very durable before last season, when he was injured. Before that, he had 3 consecutive 82 game seasons, and a 74 game season his rookie year (also likely because he was very raw and didn't play in some games).
