Paul earns his first All-NBA selection after leading the New Orleans Hornets to their first Southwest Division title and the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference. Paul paced the league in assists (11.6 apg) and steals (2.7 spg), becoming the first player since John Stockton in 1992 to lead the NBA in both categories the same season. He also averaged a team-high 21.1 points per game.

I noticed that DX got 24 points...I suppose that he's done being the best player noone ever heard of since some people obviously think he's one of the top six forwards in the league.I'm certainly not willing to say that much,but it's nice to see him getting some credit.

Only thing that surprises me about CP is that it wasn't unanimous.Nash got 2 first place votes and McGrady got 1.I guess they're entitled to their opinions,but I can't see much basis for voting for either of them over CP this season.I'm willing to bet that those votes came from the local TV or paper guys.

Chris Paul brought it this year. Glad he's getting the recognition he deserves. The play of Chris Paul is going to make the Hornets a active contender in the free agent market. Guys aren't going to stay away from the franchise anymore like in years past. Having a player at the point like CP3 is a major attraction

Tyson got 18 points also...I must have overlooked that.It's a lot easier to think about him making a run at third team.There are tons of good forwards,not a whole lot of great centers.Looks like Camby with 54 points was 4th among centers,Sheed is probably getting votes as a center...not really sure whether they call him one or not.
