Yeah, the players are responding to herb, no reason to change just for change's sake. I would take Brown if the opportunity arose, and 'd love to interview Phil Jackson to see what his approach and conditions would be. But other than them, I see no reason not to give Herb his fair chance.

If you can pass on Fratello and Karl you can pass on Silas and Saunders.

I think Paul Silas is a great coach. Aside from this recent Cavalier slide, he has consistantly gotten the most out of mediocore, injured teams. His teams have always overachieved, with marginal talent.

That being said, Herb may be doing too good a job right now to be replaced.

But Silas is so much better than the Jim O'Brien / johnny Davie type retreads..
