Let the young guns play.
I think Larry may have learned a little lesson himself in our loss to Golden St. on Sunday; let the young guns play. So far, in our 0-3 start, the Knicks have been most effective when the majority of the young guys are on the floor. Now I know this team is all young, but when it came down to the clutch minutes of our last game, Steph, Jamal (quickly replaced by Q), MALIK ROSE????, Antonio, and Barnes???? Are you serious? That lineup wont do anything, especially offensively to win the game. The core group of vets on this team do not have the talent to spark up any type of serious run, so, give up on the loyalty and let the young guns play. It is the only way their going to get better and will help develop our organizations future faster. Barnes is a nice player, who should see alot less floor, as he really isnt apart of the future. Davis should continue getting minutes just cut back to help the young big guys and add toughness. James should not start again. Actually, Jerome James should get bought out, he is the biggest stiff in the NBA. Can you belive that loaf makes 5 million a year. He may not average 5 minutes a games by the All Star Break. Ughh. Crawford needs to get dealt, he doesnt fit in this team. He played some nice D the other day but his game is really off now that he has to control himself. On the Bright Side, Frye aint soft, and can shoot, Lee is a dream player, one everygreat team needs, the kinda guy who does all the dirty stuff, like Malik Rose with talent, and Nasty Nate is a sparkplug that keeps learning and is bound to get better. I like the young guns, and from the way the Garden crowd was reacting, so does everyone else, so let the young guns PLAY!
