Marbury trade ideas
well, why not?
its about time.
stephon is just not right for this team....lets get his bags packed already...he doesnt create shots for his teammates... you would think when he drives he could kick it out or dump it to a big man...but 89 percent of the time he will throw up a ridiculous layup. he usually only passes it out when his lane is completely closed.
he seems to rely on the pick n roll to get his assist numbers up. last year with kurt, this year frye. its sooooooo redundant, lets get something new going... our offense is god awful.
so lets get some ideas in.

no lets point the finger where it belongs .
Jamal crawford, he should be the pg but larry brown wont install him yet...why because he isn't quite running the team like brown wants ...so he doesn't start.
when that happens the knicks will be a better team for one because although JC is technically playing much better he will be doing it as a 1 allowing marbury to move to the 2, where your problems with him wont exist anymore.
Q isn't getting it done at the 2 and nate is a 5'7 1/2 rookie ...my belief is this pg problem along with the health of eddy curry (he'll be back in shape around late jan. if his career in past seasons is any indication are the big knick problems ....marbury is just the guy getting the blame for others not getting the larry brown way...but he has been fine he has been by far the knicks best player and definitely along with frye its most consistent.
i say trade no one who isn't penny malik rose, Qrich or mo taylor...they haven't helped and they aren't needed and all except for penny can help another team on the court if they go to the right team, get a real 3 even if the guy is wally z he is overpaid starter ...but he is a legit starter and he will quickly help an offense, 2 principle knick needs.

Re: Marbury trade ideas
marbury at the 2 sucks more then marbury at the one.
now he thinks he doesnt have to pass at all. look at last night. 24 shots, 3 dimes... tmac would get crucified if he did that. i dont care how well he shot, he didnt involve nobody, and it shows. look at the team assists. look at the points we scored

I like Brevin Knight that's a true point guard right there. I even picked him up in my fantasy league.

I think you are pretty close, but Bender wont be involved as hes going to retire...
The thing with Indiana is they have terrible chemistry right now..Oneal cant stand Jackson and Artest and aparantly nobody likes Croshere...If Walsh and Bird do take marbury, they may want to get rid of jackson as well...
I like the fact that you are very realistic and realise we may have to cough up Ariza and Lee whi Bird loves

I said I like Brevin Knight, but in that post I didn't say I would trade a 30 year old point guard and a center for him. That's the difference....
