Quote:
Knicks center Eddy Curry said yesterday he's willing to play through the pain to get back on the court for tonight's clash at the Bradley Center.
"It's a little tight but I feel I'll be ready to go," Curry said. "If I can walk, run and jump, I'll play."
Curry, who reinjured his calf muscle Wednesday in Orlando after dumping 29 points in 24 minutes, is listed as questionable. Curry missed five games last month with a calf strain. It's anyone's guess what starting lineup Larry Brown will concoct tonight. He's had 18 in 27 games. But if Curry is ready to go as he claimed yesterday, it's likely the Knicks coach will return him to his rightful place over Jerome James.

Nice to see him willing to play through his pain, some folks would jump at the chance to wear a suit and tie on the bench and collect a check. What work ethic problem?
