From what I remember he wants to set the rotation to 9. Which is kinda late don't you think? He stated that he does not see David Lee being a PF in this league, and will try to groom him into a SF in practice. So long Lee, that's a sign that you're outta here this summer. He also stated what kind of players he would like on this roster in the future. Mostly role players, who are defensive minded. I'll listen to the interview again and add some more comments.

Steven A. Smith: Why is David Lee not getting any playing time?

Larry Brown: Malik is going to be around. David lee is not a PF in the future. I want him to be a SF. I don't get caught up with him not playing right now. It's like a college practice and he's getting better. I'm trying to teach him how to handle the ball and play the perimeter.

This is bull****, DON'T FORSEE HIM IN THE FUTURE AS A PF?!?! If he isn't a PF then I ain't Chinese. WTF is Rasheed Wallace for LB in Detroit? So was Ben Wallace not a center then? WTF IS LB DOING?!?!?! Who is he to say who is what and what not!??! David Lee is the scrappiest hustle player there is on that ****ING TEAM. He is more defensive minded, than some of our guys on this team, and defensively he's as good as Rasheed, but he doesn't get minutes because LB "Does not SEE Lee playing PF in this league," damn right you can't see Mr. Brown.

Is Larry delusional these days?? Does he really think that Knicks can still reach the playoffs??? Why doesn't he just play the rookies and develop them. Frye is starting to get sh*t minutes as well as Lee. While Malik who is on decline is getting the minutes?? WTF?!?

No his does not think they can make the playoffs, thats why in the interview he said the pick they traded away will probaly be the first in the draft. So not only does he see them not making the playoffs, he dosent really see them improving a lot in the last leg of the season.
