I don't think this will be broadcast on MSG, but I will keep checking.

Edit: This game will not be broadcast...which absolutely sucks!

I didn't see it because it wasn't televised which sucks! Hopefully the next game will get some air time.

Quote:
Zach Randolph had nine points and 12 rebounds for New York, and Stephon Marbury scored nine for the Knicks, who did not have a player score in double figures. Allan Houston, attempting a comeback after two years off, missed his only shot while playing six minutes.

One of our new writers gave his wrap-up of the game, with some thoughts on New York and David Lee near the end.

Re: Knicks @ Celtics Pre-Season Game Thread: 10/17/07

Knick-Fans do not be afraid to discuss this Knicks Lost in the Preseason against a new Boston Celtics team that was just put together this offseason. Later for outsiders opinions.

Everybody hates Chris television series, remind me of this 101-61 Knicks Lost to Boston in a Preseason game (worst team lost this preseason).
Everybody Hates Isiah Thomas in Boston for making that comment about one of the 50 greatest players in the NBA Super Star Larry Bird.

The Curry & Zach Tandem as Starters is a FLUKE. Maybe by midseason or next season they could be a bonafide Frontcourt Tandem with the help of Lee, Balkman, Morris, and Malik. Both Curry & Zach had personal reasons why they could not practice together this entire offseason. That is just a small problem from the President of this team.

I did not see this Knick vs Celtics game and we should be glad I did'nt CUZ Coach Zeke would've been demoted to draft Scout with the words I would have expressed for him.

Zeke Favorite Pet Players Marbury, Crawford, and Q.Rich totaled for only 6 assists in this game averaging 24 minutes each (These three positions make the Chemistry of a Team, and 6 assists says no offensive chemistry or co-existing in these 3-positions). They gave Boston a 14 point lead in the first quarter, and gave Boston the game in the third quarter.
So this season when any member mention a Knick trade these three players should be on the top of the list to be traded out of New York.

How long was Marbury, Crawford, and Q.Rich playing together on this Knick Team compared to the Boston Celtics PG, SG, and SF?

Knicks 24-85 FG 25.9%, 10 Assists, 13 turnovers
Boston 40-71 FG 56.3%, 27 Assists, 17 turnovers

I can't discuss it Kiyaman, because I would have love to see the debacle to get a better assessment. We were just flat out brutal according to the stat sheets.

This is untrue on a literal basis. For one, I don't hate Isiah Thomas, and have a great deal of respect for him as a talent evaluator (though his taste in women, apparently, could use some work ). I certainly don't hate him for what Dennis Rodman said about Larry Bird, though a lot of Boston fans do because they get the two confused.
