What is the Likelihood that the Knicks have a Top 3 Pick?

Will you guys be the worst? Top 3? Top 5? Top 10? Im thinking that You guys will get either Mayo or Rose in the draft.. i just have a big feeling

i voted for top 5...not sure of top three because the knicks do have talent and they do play in the east...i just think that bad teams in the west have greater chance at higher picks, because some west teams are unbelievably bad right now, and they play in the west...examples would include : sonics, wolves, clippers, kings, and i want to say the blazers, but they have been much better than i thought, but still pretty bad...
