Knicks coach Isiah Thomas has apparently reached a boiling point. When the Madison Square Garden crowd was venting on Monday, he was talking back. Thomas chided fans in seats near the Knicks' bench for booing and chanting. He blamed the crowd response for putting undo pressure on the players and noted there's more support for this struggling franchise in places like Philadelphia and New Jersey. One disgruntled season-ticket holder even came over to press row afterward to complain.

Supersonics:

Guard Delmonte West has missed the past three games for the Sonics, but he hopes to be ready to play in Tuesday's game at Chicago. West said X-rays on his foot revealed no tear. He's had to sit out the last week because of plantar fasciitis. "It just flared up pretty bad, and I'm just trying to calm it down," West said. Added Sonics coach P.J. Carlesimo: "I think with planters, it's just a question of how you feel. Sometimes it responds quickly, sometimes it doesn't.

Wow, were clearly on of the worst teams in the NBA. We are about to lose to the SONICS on the SECOND NIGHT of a back to back for them. We are just sad. This is is turning out to be worse then the LB year.
