I have to give Props this season to Nate & Lee for showing team leadership when they are in the lineup together.
I still dont understand why coach Zeke refuse to play the "only" dedicated players that worked out together in scrimage games in the offseason in the same lineup together this past season. He Played them in the 3rd quarter they scored 40 points on the Grizzles in that quarter "Nate, Balkman, Chandler, Lee" with Crawford (replacing D.Nichols).
David Lee was given just 6 minutes in the 3rd qtr. grabing 10 points, 3 reb, 1 ast. No fouls or turnovers and Knick coach Zeke takes him out of the game for helping his team that was losing by 19 points come back on a Knick 20 to 2 run.
However Zeke removal of Lee still did not stop "Nate, Crawford, Balkman, and Chandler" fast transition game to score 40 points in the 3rd quarter holding the Grizzles to only 23 points in the 3rd. With the Knicks starting the 4th quarter down by 2 points.
Knick coach Zeke was not having any of that 40 point scoring in the 4th qtr. which will stop his goal for Ping-Pong balls, so he gave Nate 5 minutes, Lee 3 minutes, and Crawford zero minutes in the 4th quarter.
Update: All Winning Coaches are graded on their 4th Quarter strategy, substitution, and lineups, the last two Knick regular seasons coach Zeke graded a "F" in every game of his 4th qtr. coaching...
