I hear ya
This is beyond comprehension. I am so hurt that Layden would do this to us. He put his ridiculous obsession with that no-defense, no-heart, un-clutch Van Horn in front of pure general managing logic. There is not one single reason I can think of as to how this trade benefits the Knicks. We are losing a fan favorite, our second leading scorer, our best defender, and a guy who completely embodies what NY hoops are all about. I was never opposed to trading Spree, but this is a slap in the face. Spree should be embarrassed that KVH is all the Knicks received in return.
I will always be a Knick fan, but I will never consider Van Horn a true Knick. And If I could afford tickets, I would rock a Minnesota Sprewell jersey at the game.
Sorry Keith, you're not welcome in NY.
