3 games on Tuesday for the A-10 and all 3 are chances at BCS scalps. St. Joes is a 3.5 point favorite as they face Villanova at 7 pm on ESPNU. Duquesne is a 6.5 point underdog as they host a West Virginia team that has won 3 in a row. Finally GW is a 8.5 point underdog going on the road to face Rutgers on ESPN3.
You mean on that final inbounds? No timeouts left, about to get a 5 second call, so he throws it off the Villanova player. It worked. The ref made the wrong call.
Well that's a sucky loss for St. Joe's. Halil got some karma for taunting the crowd missing 2 key free throws in the final minute and then flubbing the inbounds play to give the ball to Nova even though Sutton broke the plane and it should have been a technical foul.
SJU has really cooled off. Poor play in the final few minutes, though Nova admittedly played hard and didn't want to lose a third straight Big 5 game.
Still, SJU should have won, but the Hawks have some issues. Kanecevic has to stop being a hotdog and just play the damn game.
Looks like the A-10 race is pretty wide open. Half dozen teams could win the regular-season title. SJU clearly hasn't figured out how to play the role of Big Dog.
Xcellent win for Dukes. The frosh PG Colter was sensational in the second half. D was very good, too. Poor Ron Everhart!
GW playing a fine game at the RAC. Isiah Armwood is a man inside the paint.
