I'm not sure what Woodson was thinking bringing Amar'e and JR Smith off the bench with Felton and Melo out because the Knicks' starting lineup has one scorer in Chris Copeland, but it's been working. These guys are working the ball around and getting good shots. Their offense looks good, and now Smith is coming in. The Pacers, meanwhile, look rushed and sloppy.
I'm going to miss about the next hour of the game. Man I hope I'm not too angry when I get back and see the score. The boys are starting off slow tonight.
Exactly my thought. We signed Dominic McGuire so we wouldn't have to play Pendergraph. At least put Ian back in there.
This is such an ugly game, but I suppose that's to our favor.
Frank doesn't match up at all. His substitutions are solely based on fatigue, foul trouble, or regularity. No wonder this team has some rough spots. We never take advantage of matchup potential.
Get Jeff Pendergraph out of there. Why would you bite on a Kurt Thomas fake? He gets no lift at all off the ground. Just put your hand up and keep your feet on the ground. And then Pendy bricks an ugly 20 footer.
Our bigs can't ****ing finish around the basket. This is so frustrating. So many blown plays within 5 feet. We should easily have 5 more baskets right now if anyone had the balls or lift to finish around the rim.
This is what I don't like about Vogel. Mahinmi and Hibbert are both fresh, and he keeps a 3rd string scrub in, just because he's scored 2 ****ing times. He's hot, better keep him in.
****, Hibbert with back spasms, ****ing pussy max contract. Tyson Chandler just bullied him too much.
Pendergraph has some ugly form. I have no idea how that goes in.
Hibbert will probably be out all game with back spasms. I don't think we'll miss him too much, except that this means Pendergraph is our backup C, unless Plumlee gets some burn.
And Paul George is becoming everything I wanted Brandon Rush to become. He's a defensive stud, has a proper handle finally, and is aggressive on offense. He looks so much better than he did last season. I hope this isn't just him taking advantage of going up against slower SF's.
