Re: 2012 Draft Declaration Thread
"I saw what Cam Newton did this year. He took his raw talent and made a spark. I can do those things, too."
- Darron Thomas By the way, he signed with Drew Rosenhaus. The knee-jerk reaction is to call him an idiot, but as HKF said he's already graduated. It's not like he'd accomplish anything for his draft stock by coming, so why not? |

Re: 2012 Draft Declaration Thread
He will probably get drafted in the 5th round and be some team's project QB, I could easily see a team like the Saints or Falcons drafting him for the sole purpose of being a dual threat QB to go up against in practice to prepare for Newton.

Re: 2012 Draft Declaration Thread
He's not even really in the athletic mold as other QBs like Newton or before him. Or even Dennis Dixon. Stiff whenever I watch him. And he's rushed for 692 yrds in 2 yrs and 8 TDs combined. He's more of the passer and his arm doesn't translate. Like ATL said, he should stay, enjoy college, and highest success he'll ever have.
