Re: Offensive/Defensive ROY

I guess it depends how good you think Fleener is, but they drafted him and another TE, resigned Reggie Wayne, and drafted a slot receiver.

I'm not sure exactly how that starting offensive unit is going to look, but it sounds like he'll have some weapons at least. And Luck should still have 200 yards rushing with 2 TD's or something, not this past year but the year before that Luck ran the ball 55 times for 453 yards and 3 TD's and we all saw his combine 40. Dude can scoot if the pocket breaks down, always a valuable skill to have as a rookie QB starting for a bad team.

Re: Offensive/Defensive ROY

Would be hilarious if Vick Ballard ends up winning OROY, but I think it will end up being one of the 2 QBs. I think Luck has the chance to put up some nice passing numbers with what the Colts did in the draft, especially since Washington didn't even address their porous O-Line. That said, they'll still win many more games and he'll put up far superior rushing numbers. It depends on what voters value more.

Honestly, I think Irvin is the favorite to win DROY. There's a good chance he gets double digit sacks, and since that's a flashy stat that will give you attention, I don't think other players will win it from him. Melvin Ingram is probably the guy who is 2nd most likely. Depending on the health of Beason and Davis, Kuechly could put up a large tackle number. If he goes > 140, he'll win it. Doubt he will get over 80 though, considering he might share snaps all year long with Anderson, Beason, and Davis (of course injury could change things).
