Dissonance's 2013 Mock V1
At this stage, it is basically throwing shit up against a wall with perceived needs or ranges. Haven't gotten a grip on the latter yet. Too early.

Re: Dissonance's 2013 Mock V1
I think one of the main reasons why Reid took the KC job was because he could groom another young quarterback with the first overall pick. I would be really surprised if they didn't take one. They won't have a hard time convincing themselves that this is the way to go even if none of the quarterbacks may turn out to be more than above average. They haven't drafted a quarterback in the first round since Todd Blackledge in 1987 which is pretty incredible, it is time to change that.

Re: Dissonance's 2013 Mock V1
Reid also loves drafting players on OL or DL. Normally, I'd agree but it depends on how Geno checks out and Joeckel may be that value at OT he would pass a QB over for. Still early though.
I like Geno, not down on him like others. I wouldn't say he's a franchise guy but he could still be good or pretty good. They have to believe he can be that franchise QB too after they break his film down and work him out. |

That's awful far for Dee Milliner to fall. Tennessee would be thrilled if it played out this way.

Are you expecting the Patriots to win the Repus Bowl?

For what it's worth, I will be pulling for the Baltimore Triceps this week to take down the evil empire.

That shows you how much I've been paying attention to the AFC. I thought Houston was playing Denver. This is actually a better match-up for the Ravens. Ray Lewis has always been excellent at memorizing Peyton's audibles and communicating them to his defense quickly.

Re: Dissonance's 2013 Mock V1
Well, I'll be rooting for Baltimore this week too. I'd much rather see New England's defense lining up Joey Flacco in the snow and cold than playing one mile up (which means that Wilfork needs more breathers).

Baltimore's defense is a far cry from what they used to be. The Broncos aren't Peyton Manning and a bunch of random guys, they have got the better team almost across the board. |
